Seems pretty trivial. Trakh thought he wanted to hire this lady and says as much. Then he sees a video in which she attacks lesbianism and - in particular - lesbianism in sports - and Trakh tells her, "You really should take that down if you want a job as a women's college basketball coach". Which is, objectively, good advice no matter whether you agree or disagree with her. She doesn't get the job, and a year later she sues.
Based on this article, I don't think Trakh did anything wrong. The lady wasn't denied a job for her beliefs; she was denied the job because she presented her beliefs in a way that would likely interfere with performing the job.
