I know we have some amazing gloves out there that are coming in, and some good bats too. Whose arm is going to dominate this year, that's new to the team?

I have to put my money on Martinek, coming out of high school he was: #2 NW prospect #78 National prospect by BA #39 National prospect by Perfect Game
Then I'd go with Parnow...

Every year there is one or two....I just don't know who they will be
In baseball we reload, Casey always seems to have a couple of surprise arms that have great seasons. We need a couple this year. Without Andrew Moore we have big shoes to fill.I look forward to the season to find out who they are.

it is always a surprise. Pedigree says the smart money is on Martinek, but pitching is such a mental game.
It has to be tough on the freshmen pitchers... last year they were head and shoulders above their HS competition, their mistakes were not put in the cheap seats. Now that they are D1, nearly every bad pitch will cost them. And some of their good pitches will still be sent into the gap. You really have to have a tough mental edge to pitch for OSU, expectations and competition are always so high.

Is there any word on Eubanks playing baseball? Is it even feasible with the learning curve he has in basketball?

Did you happen to watch him in HS??
His learning curve for a D1 pitcher is just as high as bball. Could throw fairly hard and decent stats, but had average mechanics/balance and no other + pitches. He got quite a bit of pub comparatively to other pitchers in the state that were at a higher level. Alot due to be 6'10" I would guess.
As far as Casey's expectations, I'm not sure how a kid could play hoops and pitch for him. It would be several weeks into the season before he was ready for even spot BP duty. I guess if you were a super talent/draftable arm that came to play hoops he would make some concession, but it would be hard to hold a roster spot for that. So, I'll go by the fact PC never has made any indication Drew could do both that it is not a possibility.

Don't forget about Thompson. He should be coming back from his injury.
