Amazing how little interest and excitement has been shown here today. Great win. Crickets.

Well, a lot of the regulars are likely at the game, I'm sure there will be more later this eve. Wins also don't generate as many posts in general. Great job Beavs gets redundant. But great job Beavs!

Yea i know what your saying beaverstever... It seems like for some posters if OSU doesn't lose and look bad then there is nothing to bitch about. lol Was a much needed win..and good 2nd Half... Only complaint I would have is for them to quit fouling guys out on the floor when you up double digits!.. It's one thing to keep them from getting an easy layup or put back and make them earn it at line but don't foul them way out on the floor

A lot of those fouls were so ticky tack it was unbelievable....but yes, a great effort and great win.....if we could just find some consistency now. Beat ASU on Thurs, and maybe we can dream about NCAAs again.

HUGE win for our confidence and post season hopes...4 losses in a row would have been brutal especially heading to the desert.
The run to start the send half was fantastic and they played with energy and poise the rest of the way.
NEED a split at the Arizonas this week.

The toejam player had his right elbow stuck out as he drove through the key. It was ridiculous - he couldn't have played that any better, and somehow SC got free throws out of it. Great ball movement today - led to a lot of quality looks!

Amazing how little interest and excitement has been shown here today. Great win. Crickets. Football games. NFL championships trump regular season PAC 12 games.

I was at the game......atmosphere was great, the refs were terrible. There were at least two instances (one on each team) of basket interference that weren't called, Refs swallowed whistles on heavy contact and blew it hard on phantom calls. USC was ridiculously athletic. That #4 character has some maturing to do, but my goodness what an athlete. There's a new concession stand on the main concourse: Miller's Side Market. It's basically a mini convenience store where you pick the snacks, drinks, nachos, or hot dogs out yourself and then check out. I was in there before the game, and it was fine....not sure how it operates once everyone is in there and it gets crowded.

I was at the game and it was awesome.
GPII was 2 assists away from a triple double. Those 2 back to back steals were great.
Drew needs to calm down sometimes and make sure he is close enough for a dunk.
If they play like they did today, there is a real good chance they take at least 1 game and maybe both from the zona schools.
Toejams #4 needed a technical but got a stern talking to during the next dead ball.
Horrible all around officiating. It's not going to get better and I wish we could adapt better to it. Makes the game hard to watch sometimes.

So I went to Miller Side door and picked up my stuff and got out. Sweet setup. Basically serve tourself and go to the checkout. MUCH faster than the volunteer staffed concessions I was hollering at GP II to pass to ball! He needed 2 more assits for a triple double. Right after I yell he passes...about 10 feet over the head of someone and OOB. I got yelled at for that

It's no coincidence our ft shooting and offensive production was better. Holding SC to under 34% shooting is a big deal. This team is predictably unpredictable lol. Almost a must road needed @ ASU to climb into top half of the league. One at a time but Zona is not Zona of the past.

I like that we kept real centers playing CENTER! Big G and of course Eubanks were a huge difference compared to trying Olaf and Reid. Olaf in smaller doses and at forward seemed to work much better. Tinkle is a real scorer and even MD stepped up a little. But GP2 was unbelievable! Refs were far too believable w their screwed up calls lol. One of these weeks this needs to translate on the road if we're truly going to take that elusive next step. Terrific win though no matter how ya look at it!

Agreed about next step. If we can split in the desert and finish the first half of league 4-5, we have a shot at being relevant in the race down the stretch. It's too bad we played two of our poorer games at home against teams that we're as good as or better (UCLA and Stanford), and that we got robbed in Salt Lake. We get 2 of those 3 and we're battling for first right now. This team will go as far as their ability to come out focused each night will take it.
Really nice win today, and great to see Big G play and show potential. Tres and Stevie are really coming along. They are starting to figure out how their skill sets translate to this level and looking more confident all the time. Drew shows his "rawness", but I love how hard he plays and, man, does the kid have potential!

Amazing how little interest and excitement has been shown here today. Great win. Crickets. Was at the game, one of the better one's I've seen live or on tv this year. Still lucky that USC was given a green light to shoot and bricked, AND couldn't convert their massive FT advantage.

I was glad to see GP1 sitting court side and offering his constructive criticism when they were routinely screwing up calls yesterday. I suspect most Pac-12 officials are used to commentary from students and older alumni in the stands but not from hall-of-fame former players a few feet away.
