Is there any beaver WR worse than Villamon ever?
Never liked him, he not only underachieves but always seems to kill the very little momentum we have.

Kenny Farley? I recall him getting WIDE open deep and dropping several
But agree. Villy is very frustrating

At first, I thought I was overly critical, having been spoiled by Cooks, Wheaton and Rodgers. But when the freshman Hodgins looks more alive and active, I think there's a problem with Villamin.

with mannion throwing to Villy I was sure he would be a NFL player Villy is weak of "mind"/pouts... but a QB that can get you the ball, and being part of the game plan does help help the mental makeup of a player.

Obum “Dropp’em” Gwacham was the most disappointing WR of all time and it’s not close

Xxxxx had his share of very disappointing drops, another big fast kid that dropped wide open well thrown balls was (I think, it's been a while) Xxxxx xxxxx . Neither panned out to what I had hoped they could be.

Farley had his share of very disappointing drops, another big fast kid that dropped wide open well thrown balls was (I think, it's been a while) Shawn Kintner. Neither panned out to what I had hoped they could be. I think fans should be a little circumspect about calling out individual players. I think SK and his parents live in Corvallis. He was 1st team all state WR his senior year. He did play at least a couple of years behind one or two future NFL players.

He actually made some all-America lists in high school I'm thinking. The whole tenor of this thread is negative and unfortunately I added to it. I'm thinking they're all great kids.

Agree on specific names.

As everyone should well know, 1st team all staters go to college all the time and become also rans at the upper level. I believe the 1st team qb in his senior year was Taylor Barton who was considered a can't miss college star. Stuff (injuries, academics) happens to some and there are mostly all superior athletes at the college level. That is when the coaching, work ethic, the it factor, and just plain luck separates the wheat from the chaff.
