According to my figures we have 40 days until the season starts on 11/10. Technically we should be able to start formal practices, but as BHF informed us in a previous post, we will start Wednesday the 4th. Not practicing the first couple of days is not an issue since we only get to have 30 practice sessions before our first game.
I wonder how the player led informal practices went this summer. Marie spent a significant amount of time in Germany so much of the responsibility would fall on KT. Given that she plays positions 1-4 and her dad is a coach she should be qualified for the job. She needed to be more assertive and step into the leadership role, at least she was given the vote of confidence from her teammates when she and Marie were elected team leaders for the summer.
