In this day and age of pitch counts, innings limits, and 8-men bullpens, ANY complete game for a starting pitcher is a major accomplishment. I remember back in the 90s when I read that my team was terrible because they only had 7 complete games on the season. Nowadays, that number would be leading the league. |
