Nall reminded us why he needs 20+ touches a game. Another highlight reel long TD run that reminds us he is 6'-3" 245 and runs like a DB.

Coug defense was soft and gooey in their middle, like an apple cinammon swirl cake. They tackled like a team that throws the ball 60 times a game and rarely needs defense to win. When teams bow their neck and pay attention to run defense they easily shut down the OS run game, including Nall. These linemen don't block well. The truth hurts.

I thought Austin Hudson had a very good game.
Always seemed to be in the right place (even if he ended up missing the guy)and I believe was our best defender for the day.

Sounds like Luton not serious and will be ok.
Our expertise in disguising our offense on film from the next opponent.

He made lots of tackles and did great on run support. On the long coug TD pass after the beavs sacked Falk twice Hudson was grossly out of position at safety and barely turned around in time to watch their receiver run right by him. He is stout but kinda stiff at the hips. Morris on the other hand is a natural. Hodgins and Morris give me hope for the future.

On the bright side never would have gone to Fort Collins - was a neat town at least in late summer.

I noticed the same thing about that kid. He seems to know what he's doing and gets in the right position most of the time. The lack of strong fundamentals in tackling, poor angles, over committing and leaving their feet, plagued our D again, but Hudson and Morris (again) did a lot right!
