Franklin is a 6-4 guard out of Villa Park, CA
According to 247sports, he is a *** recruit
Also has offers from New Mexico and Northeastern

Comes from a basketball family. His brother will be a freshman at Northeastern this year (2-star PG). His dad played overseas in France and is the co-director and coach of Dream Vision AAU program.

Very skinny, but he looks like he's willing to play D. I like that he comes from a basketball family and according to an article I saw he didn't really start concentrating on basketball until 8th grade. Welcome Julien.
