Funny how the hole is casually mentioned as "other schools" by Nemac.... It apparently was between OSU and uo and Nemec couldn't bring himself to say the Beavs won one. Scout had him as an uck lock.

I call him Numnutz. I don't know how that idiot can sleep with himself every night. This is probably the single most glaring example of duck program that overhype's everything that surrounds them and downgrades anything of note from any other program. It is a real sign of insecurity and childlike analysis / reporting. Sad to see a school having to focus on PR ,rather than facts, to report on student athletes. This is where young guys need to do some digging on their own because these guys focus on inflating you on the way in and then 'blowing you up', when you make a bad play or two. Be interesting to go in depth with Tyner about the differences between the public and 'behind the scenes' facts about each program. I always thought there was more to that story, but Tyner is just too intelligent and fair minded to put the reality out there.

I think Nemac is a duck... I'm sure hole tells him what to write, as to not reflect poorly on the cheating school from Springfield. Sad, as a journalist he should be unbiased, clearly he's not.

Just to be clear this guy was a clear no take from UO after they got the kid from Sprague. It certainly wasn't down to UO and OSU in the final weeks, they don't have any room for him and the crystal ball experts on 247 should've updated their predictions accordingly.

Smalls was never interested in uo and leaning heavily towards the Beavs. Sprague kid found out and went with his second choice offer.

I like this kid a lot! Great ball skills and feet for a kid his size. Dorsey High kids have all been solid contributors for us over the years and Isaiah looks that part. Isaiah is a great addition to this small class .. and has the gift of having played a variety of positions at a high level.
Congratulatuons and Welcome to Beaver Nation Isaiah!!

Refreshing to see a kid who actually writes in full sentences with proper grammar and spelling in his tweets.
He writes better than 90% of the posters on this board. Hell, he just might be college student material.

I love the way that this kid embraced OSU and never looked back. Seems like a high-energy, motivated young man with good skills and a passion that could be contagious. Give this staff a roster full of guys with the approach that Isaiah has and I like our chances of competing at a much higher level in a relatively short time. I heard Trent Bray briefly on the JBS today, and he said that this staff is looking for tough kids who love football. He said that we don’t need selfish kids who are focused on their own image or playing because it’s cool. Translated: gridiron gym rats. I believe that the staff that JS has assembled - certainly Tibesar, Bray, Michalczik, Lindgren and Riley, have proven that they can coach up that type of kid to be a force.
