Soooo.... If Willie Taggart BARELY did the right thing, did the bare minimum in dropping Darren, is Whittingham going to get raked over the coals on this board for picking him up?
Also... Not much of a punishment... in general be an ass hat, break a few trifling laws, get cut by a pac-12 team, and picked up by another within days... eligible immediately... Seriously how can everybody be a grad transfer AT ANY TIME... Did he graduate a long time ago and is just hanging out now? What graduate degree was he pursuing, what is he pursuing at Utah? The whole grad transfer thing is seeming fishier and fishier to me...

Carrington getting booted from the Ducks hurts his future - that will follow him when he gets to the draft. Not sure how much more punishment you would like to give him.

Lawrence Phillips got in trouble many times at Nebraska. He was the #6 pick in the draft. If you have the talent, some team will take you with the mistaken arrogance that they can fix the player.
