Patricia Morris sighting, Andrea Aquino mention..... Go Beavers!! What's a good source for WBB recruiting? I'd like more info than I'm getting from ESPN.

Hello jdogge,
I don't know that there is a "good" source, but prospectnation.com is certainly more complete and detailed than espnW/hoopgurlz for WBB recruiting. However, if you want to access all the information they offer, you need to join one of their "platinum" memberships for a fee. Some basic info is available free of charge.
At maxpreps.com you can find some basic high school statistics on college WBB players.
collegesportsmadness.com has a women's college basketball page and a recruiting tab which gives their list of the top players.
Take it for it's worth (not much!), but sometimes I can find information by visiting some of the individual, more active women's college basketball forums....for example, theboneyard.com (UCONN) has a women's basketball forum and they often discuss top recruits, not just those targeted by UCONN. In the Pac12, some schools like CAL have a forum specific to women's basketball (bearinsider.com has one).

The website is prospectsnation.com, not prospectnation.com. Sorry for the typo.

For one year at least, we have a great shot at putting the tallest women's college basketball team (ever seen?) on the floor between these two and Joanna Grymek, along with a couple others we have that are well into the 6'2"/6'3 area. Thing is, the two newer recruits could be here 4-5 years, who knows, they may be the "short ones" down the line.
...And another thing... I can't imagine any time in the past that we would have signed a 6'7" Four Star player that would be considered the second highest rated center we signed. Amazing.

good find newduke2 - - lots of info on this board. Mostly has an East Coast flavour, but nevertheless, quite interesting material. Thanks.
