I hoping for FSU Friday because I want to see us beat every team on our side of the bracket.
But it really doesn't matter who we play from here on out. Everyone we play from here on has to beat this team TWICE.
By my count we played 19 teams this season in a 2-4 game series. (Counting those Surprise games as series for this argument.) None, zero, zilch, of those 19 teams who had a chance to play the Beavs more than once beat them twice. We cannot lose a series. Period. Whoever we play Friday, FSU or LSU, if we lose, which I don't think will happen, we will beat them Saturday. Nobody beats these guys twice. In 19 tries.
I said it over two months ago, this is something really special that is happening. Once in a lifetime kinda stuff.
Buckle in and enjoy the ride. I sure am.
JMHO...

While I like your numbers argument, our chances of winning the whole thing go up exponentially if we win on Friday. I don't think we can afford the extra arm, especially since we're minus a starter in Omaha.

There is no way this team will lose twice to anybody. Not going to happen, not this season. And I believe we do have the arms to pull us through to ultimate victory, if we do happen to lose a game. We are that good.

We lost an all American arm, but suddenly our Freshman All-American has returned from the neither regions of the dugout, along with our Freshman All American from two years ago. I think, and I say this will all the baseball acclaim due Luke, but we might be as strong now as we were a month ago, maybe even deeper.
The last thing I am truly worried about is our pitching staff, our defense or our hitting or our coaching. The only thing out there that can bite us is baseball karma, and we sure seem to have that going for us since February, need it for 3 more games!

Like MBA said, he was a Freshman All-American. I don't know why so many posters think they should leap before they look.

Remember, they've got Marie La Vo, a one eyed snake, and a three legged dog on their side. Lets us not be talking like Handsome Jack now.

LOLOL...it's Marie Laveau and yes, there was a LONG line out the door of LSU fans buying Johnny Concheroo and dolls of various sizes in The Quarter late into Friday night.
