True, but it's likely that one of these teams has to beat the other one twice to advance. One of the teams involved hasn't lost a 3-game series all year. Having to go through another game to get to the next chance at that is certainly a disadvantage. But give how this team has played all year, I still would have a lot of confidence that they could drop that game and still find a way through.

I prefer the easy way. You're at a HUGE disadvantage trying to come back through the losers bracket. Agreed. You don't want your series to depend on whether a bunt up the third base line turns left or right. |

Just my opinion but this game is huge. If Fehmel is able to preform on the same level he did in the Supers, it sure makes are pitching situation far better. From what I have seen soo far is most of these teams do not like the breaking balls. Fehmel keeps the Junk down I think we are in great shape. Sure would make it easier to use Rass as the Closer throughout the CWS. Go Beav's....

Let's not kid ourselves...winner of this game is the overwhelming favorite to advance to the finals. Down one major arm, battling through those three games is a rather large ask
