So either recruiting for 2018 is done or Tinkle is planning on somebody else leaving. I guess he just wanted some height on next year's team and I guess he's getting it! And I want to say to Kylor: Welcome to OSU! I think you've made the right choice. Rivals Basketball 2018 Recruits

It ain't over til it's over... we still potentially have up to three going pro early next year. I'm hoping everyone stays. If all the new bigs could be worked in as freshmen, rather than have to be relied on, it would bode well for the future. We'd have some p;retty stiff competition down low in practices if everyone's here.

I wouldn't be surprised if Drew had already given Tinkle notice. If not, it puts Tinkle in a tough spot: Does he go after some small forward or guard on the assumption that someone besides the 3 seniors will leave, or does he miss out on some good prospect because he doesn't know? Or, of course, as previously speculated, he could take Tres off scholarship and make him pay his own way! (Summer and part-time jobs would give him some perspective on the real world, after all.)

I believe you can over sign by one, so I'm guessing he'll still be looking for some type of wing player. Obviously if no one leaves early then he has to figure out how to make room for that fourth player. But I don't see him missing out on a good prospect if one wants to come.

Technically we could oversign by three if everyone stays. It might cause a change in the rule book if three coach's kids are dropped from scholarship at one time, but the precedent has been set.

In between Wilson, Washington and Kelley, this is a HUGE class. Reminds me size-wise of JJ's early recruiting class of Jeffers/ Hughes/ Jeffree Williams. I was hoping for a PG in this class, but I'll take all the size. You can't coach height!

In all seriousness, very intrigued by Washington and Wilson. Not sure what to think of Kelly based on level of competition everywhere he's been and the fact that he has hurdles to clear. But if he gets here, more the merrier.
