I've been a proud beaver since the day I was born. Its been my pleasure to watch terrible football teams on a glorious Saturday with 50% off ticket coupons we grabbed from bi mart on the way to the stadium. I came to baseball late after we were already back to back champions so I cannot compare well this team to those.I have followed the team since the LSU regional in 2012 (i think) Shultz going 7 shutout innings to loose in a heart breaker but I was hooked.
Its my impression that we have possibly the most complete team I've ever seen if just a bit young. In the years of Conforto we dreamed of continued talent like that. We got KJ and it felt we the supply line kept gifting. Now KJ has madrigal and dare I throw out behind him Rutschman and lest we forget Cadyn or anyone else on this roster. We may end up having as many as 3 first round draft picks on the infield playing right now and that excludes our Pitching staff.
