Not so great from a TV standpoint...... ESPNU is barely one step up from the Ocho...  It's surprisingly difficult to find a place that carries that channel. The FB team had a game on ESPNU and we watched it on my iPad using the BWW free wifi.... |

Yeah. 19-year-olds pretty much fall apart at 1:00 a.m....... Not saying they won't be lively, but they might lose a bit of their edge. Besides, my Friday nights in college at 1 am, I was often slightly less focused and coherent......or focused on one thing!    |

But... they'll need whatever excuse they can get. They are 23-27. They just got hammered by a below average Yale team. For most of them it is a road trip to a place they've never been. To play in most likely the nicest stadium vs the BEST they ever seen. So... they'll have a great weekend by anything other than a competitive standard. They don't care about times... just being here is their prize! Happy for them! |

They've been here since Wednesday afternoon, and they're 19-22. The time change going from East to West coast won't affect them... that said, I did see 3 young men, in Holy Cross gear, walking down 9th street Wednesday afternoon. One was carrying a familiar glass bottle, with a wooden top, in a scrunched up plain brown paper bag...
