Thanks to Sullivan for his leadership and a very tough uphill climb the last 14 years. Has it really been that long?
I'd hardly call Whyte "world-class" though. One day maybe, but nowhere close right now. I guess we can allow a little hyperbole on the way out.
I want to thank President Ray and all the administrators who have been involved in their support in transforming a distance-only program with no track facility into a program that fields a team that is competitive in all events, with a world-class facility in the Whyte Track and Field Center," Sullivan said.
