I'm not sure Reichle can play the 1. He brought it up a little bit when I watched him play this past season, but I think he's really a wing / 3pt shooter these first few years. If that's the case, that means it's going to be some combo of Stevie, Manuel or *gasp* Stacy behind Jacquori. Of course, I could be wrong.. wouldn't be the first time. A much improved Jacquori would be huge for us. I guess I could probably say that about any of those names above I agree with you, but I was trying to get Reichle on the second team, and Stacy on the third team. Seemed to be the only way to accomplish both. I didn't see Manuel as much of a point, and would love to keep Stevie at the 2 or 3. I guess McLaughlin gets 30+ minutes a game, and for the other 10- minutes. Wonder where Derrick Bruce ended up? LOL.. I'm right there with you, after last season I would look for any possible avenues to keep RS on 3rd team/4th team/5th team.

We had enough to be far more competitive than we showed last season. Being timid and indecisive is on more than the players.
We need to see as much or more improvement from those naming the starting five! IMHO

Bruce played this past season at Northwest Florida State College, a junior college in Niceville, Fl (where Elliot Cary is from).
He averaged 7.4 ppg in 15.9 mpg.
He has committed to Jacksonville State (Alabama) in the Ohio Valley Conference.

I'm not negative on Manuel. He has a Pac-12 jump shot, but that is all he showed and it became easy to take that away from him. He's got a good sized frame and could get much better defensively. And a bigger if, if he develops other portions of his game, he will get more open looks.

How much does Ethan play next year? How much should he play? How much will he have to play? Would it be good for him to sit and soak his freshman year or start getting experience immediately?
Can Ethan play the point?

Starters
C - Eubanks F - Tinkle SG - E. Thompson SG - S. Thompson PG - McLoughlin
Main bench players
C/PF - Rakocevic PF/SF - Kone SG/SF - Hollins F - Berger
Could expect N'Diaye 10-15 minutes at center if he comes back. Manuel or Stacey could play some PG if McLoughlin isn't ready to handle starter's minutes at that position.
