22 19 18 11 16 13 14 4 12 I'm not a Horton defender, but the guy can coach... he's a proven commodity. Is he an arrogant blowhard? Could be. Don't know him. But, he's spouted some big statements, but so have a lot of coaches and players. But... he has 129 conference wins in 9 years/270 league games... if I added correctly. 14, 14, 18, 15, 7, 9, 11, 10, 7, 10, 19 = 134 in 11 yrs/264 league games is PC's start @ OSU... less league games... can be argued weaker league... and we had a program in place. Disparaging opponents is not typically a focus of mine. Just be careful in wishing that Horton sticks around.

Well, according to some duck boosters, it wasn't their first choice to keep GH - but Tony LaRussa and Joe Torre said no. Then they went back to the college ranks, but Augie and Dedeaux didn't return their calls. Dedeaux isn't returning any calls.
Then I hear they checked one more time with Nick Saban because duck fans always think Saban is just a phone call and a pile of Phil's money away.

Not sure you could recognize an arrogant blowhard if he was staring at you in the mirror...IMHO. Horton is the best baseball coach oregon could hope to have on staff.

Horton posts less than you... so pretty easy to recognize both...
