Earlier this season (like Surprise AZ, early) one of the occasional opinions on this board was that Rasmussen (somehow on advice from advisers) was going to spend this entire season in Tommy John recovery, not risking his draft potential, not throwing a single inning / and then riding off into the 2017 MLB draft sunset. Instead Drew has proven that he is a Beaver warrior....Hats off to him! May he reach the peak of his Beaver contributions during the next 3 weeks!

Ahhhhhh, so close for Englebrekt. great moment for Max, well deserved. Max has been a great beaver and a good soldier all these years. always said the right thing in the paper, team leader and done what was asked of him. if we had only known he could swing it like that. |
