Is that a lot? It seems like seven is a pretty big number, but then again, seven dollars won't get you into a movie these days, so maybe it isn't that many.

Next best Team this year is uo with Peterson 3 times. Then a couple Teams with 2. Last year we won the award 4 times and Arizona 3 times. Going down the attached link it looks like the top club usually has 3-4 Pitcher of the week awards. So it appears that 7 in 1 year is a larger than usual #. Getting 4 different pitchers from the same Team to win the award also seems to be an outlier. |

So you are saying that it's a lot? Is 14 a lot? My wife was pregnant for 27 weeks, and she thought that was a whole lot, so I don't think that 14 weeks would seem like a lot to her at all. Are there other teams with more than 14 weeks?

For reference, we got 1 pitcher of the week in the 2006 and 2007 seasons combined.......

now I just want co-pitchers of the week for the next 5 weeks, maybe a national pitcher of the week/month tossed in there.   Not greedy or anything Don't look for any this week... opponents matter... unless of course you see "no no" or "perfection". |
