This team has a very good chance of finishing with one of the top 10 overall records in NCAA History. The cutoff is .873 (tenth). The record is held by ASU at .914. We are are .915 now.
Having a great record has been a bit of a curse, with only one of the teams in the top 10 of all-time winning percentages winning the title.
Having Rasmussen coming on late in the season might be our key to reversing the trend.

Not sure thats ever happened unless a college baseball team has gone undefeated.

Well the vs Ohio State stunk from the start. For whatever reason
Just looked at the box score. Tommy paul pitched 1.2 innings. Has 2 appearances on the season for 2 IP. I'd forgot about that

I'd forgot about that As for Ohio St. Game 2 was all Beavs. You might get 1 game against these Beavs but they will take the series from you. That seems obvious.

Just wanted to say it again. I believe that the statistic is that Oregon State has the most conference wins in Pacific Coast Conference/AAWU/Pac-8/Pac-10/Pac-12 history. Oregon State also has the best record in Pac-10/Pac-12 history. However, USC went 17-0 (1.000) in conference in 1971--20-1 (.952), if you include the Pac-8 tournament in Pullman (only loss was to Wazzu before rebounding to win the Pac-8 championship). That was a part of USC's second of five consecutive national championships under Rod Dedeaux. (USC also won in 1968, six-of-seven.)
