With a trip to Palo Alto and 3 with USC in Seattle they should be eliminated.

This projection is pretty grim for PAC 12, with only 4 Conference teams getting in. That is NOT the result that any Beaver/PAC 12 fan should wish. It's fine wishing that the undeserving smucks don't make the field of 64, but in order for the hideous number of 4 PAC 12 teams making the tournament to increase to at least 5, let's root for UW to win at least 4 games against Stanford and USC over the nest 2 weekends. Preferably including a sweep of USC

Preferably including a sweep of USC I'm a Beaver fan, not a P12 fan. As far as I'm concerned it should be the Beavs and 11 little dwarfs. (No offense to any little people out there)

ricke71 . . . perhaps you don't know why UW's position is ironic. The UW coach was on the tournament committee last year and reportedly bad-mouthed the Beavs and cost us a tourney berth. So most folks here are rooting for UW to be JUST ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BUBBLE.

On the other hand, I welcome UW and any other PAC 12 hangers-on to make the field of 64. Even if they do, they are crap compared to the Beavs. I just object to SEC and ACC being treated as royalty, while the PAC 12 gets pooped on.

It wasn't the SEC or ACC that pooped on us. It was one of our own. I'm told that doesn't happen in those other conferences.
If I was on the committee, I'd support every Pac team to the limits of propriety - even ECC. But I'm not on the committee, so I won't be responsible for Meggs getting his comeuppance. I can enjoy the irony without feeling a smidgen of guilt.

No way am I rooting for UW. I'll be the guy taunting Meghole at Goss next year. Hey Meggs! Where were you guys? Didn't see you in the tournament

I agree 100% with The Glove. When did outside respect for the Pac-12 ever get the Beavers anything? Other Pac-12 teams' success can only help their recruiting. Screw 'em!

It was (past-tense) in fact, in 2016, that jealous f*cker Meggs that screwed OSU. Since then, the Beavs have won a series from those dogs in their own park (4/14 - 4/15/2017), and established themselves as#1 in nation. OSU, in the present tense, won that war. This year (2017) it appears that it may be the national committee in general that poops on the PAC 12 Conference, with as few as 4 teams selected. I do not like that, even after (if) the Beavs deservedly are made the #1 seed in all the land. ....of course I'm aware that few will agree with me.

What other teams have any kind of a résumé that commands consideration for the tournament? Every metric works against them. No other teams except Stanford and UA have made a good case. It's not the NCAA keeping those other guys out - they have done it to themselves.
