Rain, Rain, Rain. Dang would love to see those two guys go at in good conditions. Looking at the satellite loop, it looks more like January out over the Pacific than May, and we have the "benefits" of warmer air and weaker jet stream with more moisture - more frequent heavy showers and slow moving fronts that drag out the rain. Thank goodness for artificial turf and lights and a series that is only 40 miles away from home. This is going to be a potential battle of the bullpens if there are lots of interruptions. That is a big plus for OSU since we are so deep; ucks got one super starter, two ok starters, and not nearly the bullpen OSU has. I am not sure if 60 hours of room on my dvr is enough to get all three games recorded, sigh Go Beavs!

Friday evening will be showers rather than steady rain, but with a slight risk of thunderstorms, those showers, even without lightning attached, could dump a lot of rain in a brief time. Juxtapose that with the random nature of showers, and you get your roll of the dice thing - put my chips on the pass-no pass line.

They will get the games in, count on it. And bring your rain gear, if you are going.

Updated hourly forecast from The Weather Channel - Eugene OR, Thursday: 5 pm 5% chance of rain; 6 pm 5%; 7 pm 10%; 8 pm 15%; 9 pm 15% Can see two potential bands of showers rotating in during the duration of the game, neither of which looks very exciting so we ought to be able to play ball!
