For being the number 1 team in the nation (for 7 straight weeks and with some amazing streaks in there) we get impressively little national play, even on websites DEDICATED to college baseball.... smh...
This isn't a small school on a fluky historic run either, we are recent back to back national champs, and all we get is crickets and barely mentions... He "answered" Dave's question... sorta, in a way to pimp his own previous article, but never actually said anything about the beavs...
Par for the course unfortunately... I know I shouldn't be annoyed or surprised by the eastern and southern bias in the media... I guess my knobs just get tweaked easily...

I have been listening to the Monday D1 Baseball podcasts and they usually start with something to the effect of "Oregon State is still #1 in our poll, now let's get to the SEC, ACC and all those other bubble teams".

Although frustrated they're not talking much about the Beavs, part of me thinks that it's like anything and what else can they say. "Beavs are #1 again...they keep winning when they should be...their pitching is still great like it has been all year...". It's hard because you want more exposure, but what more else can they say. Their record and overall ERA speaks for itself. Let's just win the Pac12, move on to the tourney!!

Didn't I see a segment about us on the MLB network not too long ago? Wasn't Max Engelbrekt interviewed by Harold Reynolds when we were down in Arizona at the beginning of the season? Every chat I read on D1baseball.com has at least two or three Beaver related questions. I'm not sure what you guys are talking about with the "lack of coverage."
