Looks great! Enough with doing more with less. We deserve the shot to do more with more!

Question... I thought this period was JC signing. How does Moran fit that? He's enrolling early so he can sign now or is he just financial agreement for now?

But the Beaver Recruiting Twitter page calls today "Mid Year Signing Day" and is treating Moran and the others as if they are all now signed.

Ya... every site I read calls it "mid-year JUCO" signing period. I wonder if Moran is a financial aid agreement.

He is not a high schooler any longer...

with people leaving this year I wonder how many of these will count towards filling in missing scholarship players on the roster compared to counting towards 25 players in the new signing class??

He is not a high schooler any longer... NCAA rules state unless unless a player has a diploma "in hand" (which I don't believe he will until the semester) a student athlete is considered in high school... no matter the delivery system of the academic work. Did he get some sort of GED?

This is how it read in the O-Live article, so i'd say it's a FA agreement for now...
The Beavers also intend to announce high school players who have signed non-binding financial aid agreements, which are only available to prep athletes who intend to enroll early.
On another note - was nice to be "surprised" with the DT and JC DE as I hadn't heard of either name until now (or I just missed them). In any case, seems there are very few surprises in this day and age other than kids flipping schools. We needed beef, we got some. That's a good start.

High schoolers can sign "non-binding" financial aid agreements that can be publicized and recruits spoken about. the agreement does not bind the kid to the program until an official LOI is later signed. But this allows the athlete to enroll in January
