Furd was ranked 14th in ERA before this game.. Well... we were #1 and have 7 earned. Not sure but their Es have been big... maybe 10-11 earned? We prob increase way more than they do!? But, as I said earlier. Don't give an eff about any stat but wins. And this was the bats picking up the staff! It's going to need to happen a few more times. Long way to go.... starting tomorrow! |

Beavers have their worst day on the mound, but still win. A good win, but I will take a 3-1win any time over this game. Lol

So far this series... Our ERA is up to 1.75 from 1.55, still ranked #1 for now tho long way to go. Their ERA is up to 3.29 from 2.81. I completely agree with you on stats/wins. |

The 3 freshman pitchers come in and give us 5 innings and 1 ER.. Eisert has been a pleasant surprise IMO. Given us some nice innings last couple weeks.
Jake and Max rested and ready to close it out tomorrow.
Now Go Tar Heels! (Hoops that is!!)
