They should take note re: Jared Cunningham. I think another year in school would have really helped him (and us) out.

My understanding is that ST Jr. is using this process as a way to get feedback as to what he needs to do next season to take his game to the next level. Drew seems a lot more serious about the process, but I have a strong sense that he will end up gaining what ST Jr. is looking for, and they will both be back.
Meanwhile back to baseball, and gymnastics!

Meanwhile back to baseball, and gymnastics! Even Corey Benjamin back in the day would have benefitted greatly from one more year here. He was a consensus top 5 all-American coming out of high school (I believe that Kobe and Jermaine O'Neal were 2 others with him). He made sensational gains between his freshman and sophomore years and was a human highlight reel. Opts for the draft after his sophomore season, gets drafted by Jordan's Bulls (either during MJ's final season or right after it in Chicago). He had a few nice moments and then faded to oblivion. Benjamin - like Brandon Browner in football - was not a student, but in both cases those kids had all-American capabilities had they stayed a little longer. Would that have changed their ultimate fate in the pros? We'll never know, but neither seemed to be helped professionally by their early departures!

They aren't hiring agents. They get invited to the combine and learn what they need to work on to get into the league. I wish the NCAA would do this for football too. Both will be back.
