next win will be his 1600th D-1 win, lets make him wait a week for that. also if the beavers could sweep the series, Marquess's all time record at Stanford against OSU would be 41-40. can't imagine there are many teams with that good of a record against the trees.

Biggest D bag in the conference? Oh wait. They named that award after him Actually he and Pat Casey are friends, and his guys seem to love playing for him. Maybe 17-18 years ago he was not happy about the creation of an actual full conference where everyone plays everyone, but it hasn't seemed to hurt his standing with Pat. I think there are a few other coaches in the conference that deserve more distain than Mark. |

I may have to modify my remarks about pat casey....errr Mark marquess. MM got much friendler after casey started kicking his tail. Won every series in Palo alto since 2005 i think. |
