vs. ASU
Yesterday we were run ruled after 6 losing 8-0. Our staff gave up 4 hr's.
Today we were run ruled after 5 losing 11-0. Our staff gave up 5 hr's.
We have more ability than this. As a softball diehard this is EXTREMELY frustrating. We are not even competing.
Something is definitely wrong in ?(can't remember the saying)

Rotten in the state of Denmark? That'll do. I'll just substitute Corvallis. Well, at least one diamond in Corvallis.

I hate to admit it, but I stopped attending SB early last year when it did fit my schedule as it just seemed you waited around for the other shoe to drop. And, most of the time it did. I know the Pac12 is the dominate conference in SB, but I'm not sure why there is such a gap with OSU?! I guess I do know/can guess as it is not the location, weather, facilities... as other NW programs seem to be more competitive.

Ugh.....It's hard for me to lag on following cuz I'm such a fan. It was only about 10 years ago that we were Co Pac-10 champs. Scott? Walker had built a good program and for whatever reason it started to slip. I thought when Berg got hired her legacy would bring 'em in. Towards the end of the '15 season, Berg's third year, we were run ruled by Portland State. Not being able to dominate them is a bad sign. I had said in a post a while ago maybe we should join there league for just softball. USC, WSU and CU don't have it. I'd hate to see us drop it. I'm hoping for the best.

Pretty sure you do not need to worry about dropping SB unless there are plans to add another women's sport, ala Title IX requirements. But, I used to love when SB and BB were at home the same Spring days.
