Hope the coaches keep him...Looks very fast and agile for a 285 pounder totally different phenotype than Isiah. Genetics are weird. But adoption is too. Anyway i like his get off the ball. He definitely needs to add strength but he has some quicks around the ball and i like his motor.

With the connections our 2 commits have to the team the risk of poaching is as low as you could expect it to be. I was impressed by Isaac Hodgins' film. I thought with his speed, motor and hand fighting he was able to be extremely disruptive to the offense. He made plays that you don't see very many defensive tackles make. I understand that his height is less than ideal. I do not understand why any service has yet to rank him. It seems to me that very little time looking at film would tell you 3 stars makes sense. I guess it confirms that the lesser known recruits are often ranked based on how many programs are recruiting them as this lets the services know that they should review the recruit. With his offer list being only 2 schools he may not have come up on any of the recruiting services radar.

If he goes this hard every play and not just after he eats a snickers bar I think we have a tedi bruschi on our hands. He's really quick and instinctive.
