Like that we are in Stockton.
Many of our fans will be able to see them if they advance out of the Corvallis regional.

first game at Gill on Friday vs. #15 seed Long Beach State (23-10). Other Friday game (at Gill) is #7 seed Creighton (23-7) vs. Toledo (25-8). #1 seed in the Stockton Region is South Carolina (27-4). Do you have a link to the official bracket?

If the top 4 seeds were in order:
1 UCONN 2 Notre Dame 3 South Carolina 4 Baylor
Then the next 4 in order would be:
5 Mississippi State 6 Oregon State 7 Stanford 8 Duke
Good to see that Cal made it in as a 9 seed. Pac-12 got 7
(2) Oregon State (2) Stanford (3) Washington (4) UCLA (8) ASU (9) Cal (10) Cal State - Eugene

It really doesn't get much better for us. Creighton is a fairly ordinary #7 - their biggest wins were against Marquette and no one else. Stockton is the regional that we wanted, and we'll face what might be the weakest #3 - Florida State. They lost 4 of their last 6, although they had some mid-season wins against Miami, Duke and Louisville. And the #1 in the region will be 3000 miles and three time zones from home. I don't see a "luckier" draw in the tournament.

first game at Gill on Friday (2pm again) vs. #15 seed Long Beach State (23-10). Other Friday game (4:30pm at Gill) is #7 seed Creighton (23-7) vs. #10 seed Toledo (25-8). #1 seed in the Stockton Region is South Carolina (27-4). I had Friday off, but there was one meeting that I help lead over the lunch hour. In Clackamas. If I get busted for speeding to make the second half, you'll know why.

The official NCAA bracket makes it look like OSU's opening game is one of only two first round games NOT being televised by ESPN2.
Does that mean it's on a different network, or simply not televised?

ESPN shows the both games at Gill being televised on espn2. www.espn.com/womens-college-basketball/schedule

What is the best way to purchase a ticket if you live 300 miles away from Corvallis? I would imagine the phone lines will be over loaded?

Season ticket holders and Beaver Nation donors had til 8pm tonight to get orders in. General public... Tuesday 2pm... online is easiest... especially if you have an account. But, still easy otherwise.
