I offered their center fielder my poncho yesterday and told him to be careful looking up cause a snowflake at the wrong time might screw up trying to catch a fly ball, and that was just light rain and snow mixed.
But this morning they are waking up in Eugene to a snow covered baseball field - it will melt by game time but it's possible that then it will just be raining to beat the band. They must really feel snakebit. I need to let their center fielder know that I still stand ready with the poncho offer
