The stream worked just fine for me, and it was the first one I've streamed this year. Is the audio always lagging the video like today? Is that normal?

Are you listening to the radio and also watching the video? The video has the sound included. So it is all synced up.
Both Saturday & Sunday the feed cut out for some amount of time. I had my laptop hooked up to the BHAS (Big Hairy Ass Screen) and about 2 or 3 minutes later it went down. It happened on all the broadcasts. Usually in the early innings. Although today i think it was the 5th or 6th.
OS uses the Pac 12 platform but it is not a Pac 12 broadcast. Usually the easiest way is go to the official site/schedule/watch

Usually the easiest way is go to the official site/schedule/watch That's what I did Tigard. Went to OSU site, clicked schedule then watched. Video was great, it was Jon and Jim Wilson calling the game but was behind by enough that it was a tad bit annoying. At least the audio was behind the video rather than visa-versa. Someone would get a pitch ... then about the time the ball was back to the pitcher the radio call would happen. It was tolerable, and maybe just a one time deal. .
