Lots of differences in the AP and USA Today Top 25 Polls this week: www.espn.com/womens-college-basketball/rankingsOur game with Stanford is a top-8 battle according to USA Today. ASU returns to the polls. UConn gets everyone's agreement, but from there on out not much coincides. Won't matter much soon enough, and RPI probably the best measure..... I also heard that Stanford has a conflict at Maples and will not play NCAA host this year. (Hopefully that saps their motivation to be in line to host :-)). Go Beavs!

Wow, ASU getting no love in the AP - that is serious bulletin board stuff, glad we are through with them. Let's hear to finally jumping Stanford once and for all Friday night!

ASU gets Kelsey Moos back from injury. A big boost for them. Could make them a tougher out in the Pac-12 Tournament. CU is playing well and I wouldn't be surprised to see them give UW a real game.

Have never swept the 'furd in a home-and-home season series so let's get that monkey off our back as well. Should be crazy at Gill on Friday!

What's with the ASU love fest? Sitting at 17-10, 6th place in conference. Granted 7 of those losses were to top 15 teams, but they have only defeated 2 ranked opponents. They have some work to do just to make the tournament.

The usual. Defending conference co-champs, a lot of returning personnel, started the season ranked, a couple well-known players. The logic is simple: they tied with OSU last year in the conference, OSU went to the final four, but OSU lost all of its stars and ASU didn't. So *clearly* ASU should be 25-3 and OSU 17-10, and it's just a fluke that it's the other way around.
