Warren said that the scoreboard in Surprise had an accurate gun. The only time he reported a reading that I heard though was a 94mph fastball for Jake Thompson (good velo!). Did anyone else hear some velocities? Or can anyone who was at the games share some of the velocities? Especially Heimlich (11 Ks! Must have been throwing pretty hard!) and Fehmel. I just like to know what our guys are throwing

Luke was 88 to 90. Mulholland sat 84 to 85. Mad Max was Mad Max. Fehmel was 87 to 90. Eisert was 84. Verburg hit 90. Paul was 84 from what I saw.

Pitching staff did a good job in both games. Add a healthy Rasmussen and Tweedt to the mix and I like our chances. The Beavs pitchers are picking it up right where they left off against UCLA at the end of 2016 season.

Very nice

Thompson has had ML Stuff and good FB. Finding the Plate a different matter last year. Paul was throwing 95, 96 out of High School. Big Kid. Looks like we need on lights out Friday Guy, just saying. Plenty of potential, who steps up?

Plenty of potential, who steps up? When our Sunday guy is a Saturday guy on most teams or Friday on some teams, I think the staff is just fine, Honestly the BP is as good as anybody in the conference if not the country. Plus the defensive unit will make a lot of plays, helping that staff out, this is just a very good baseball team. Pitching, defense, speed and some pop at the plate.
