Last night there was a really weird penalty called against the Beavs when they were on defense. I had never heard of it before, and neither had Mr. 07, which is really weird because he knows football really well. The spirit of it seemed to be that the defensive signals were interfering with the offensive signals, but I was so perplexed that I don't even remember the wording.
Anyone know what that was?
Even though he was so frustrating, a buddy of my husband's and I used to be endlessly amused with Jay Stricherz and his seeming love of hearing himself talk. I remember in an early season game in 2013, he called "false start, everyone but the center" against the Beavs, and used to say things like "The down is one," or announce that the game had ended, so husband's buddy and I were joking that he was behind the whole call. Like "Just make something up--but make me proud!!"
