He gets to live in Utah, where $3.3M lets you live like a king, summers are lovely, and the fan base is passionate but not bats**t crazy. I'd say that's a top 20 job, maybe even a top 10 if you have a family. But he's where Mike Riley was: highly respected, but not a hot commodity. If he ever moves on, it will be to a school with big problems that is willing to pay any amount for a clean-up job and has the potential to win a championship. I'm thinking of something like another Penn State situation. Why would you say he's not a hot commodity. And what makes you think Riley wasn't in the past? If you think $3.3M is a lot in Utah, imagine what $6M is in Columbus Ohio, or $7M is in Tuscaloosa AL, or $9M is in Ann Arbor.

As far as money goes, 3.3M a year pretty much let's you live like a king anywhere in the US. Or at least a well-heeled nobleman
