November 25, 2017, vs Michigan St. The university of oregon will play oklahoma in the undercard. This isn't a tournament, just a one off doubleheader. What a freaking joke THE MIGHTY UNIVERSITY OF OREGON HAS BECOME.

By "one-off", he means that this isn't a tournament. UConn is coming just for the one game against MSU.
I leave it to you to decide whether it's a "joke". It's just PK spending money so that UO gets to pretend that it's sharing the stage with mighty UConn for the day. UConn and MSU will cash the Nike paycheck. They'll play in front of hundreds of arena employees, but that's what all the holiday tournaments are like. They get the RPI benefit of a neutral site game, which is an imperative for both of those teams because their conferences (AAC, Big-10) are miserably bad.

Thanks, I'd never hear of the term "one-off" before.

Does it matter to us? Don't let what happens in the other side run your life around. It's driven many fans in Corvallis crazy, I've seen first hand.

Really--UCONN is coming to play and not playing the hometown ducks. Can't imagine this happening anywhere else....
I know, they'd kill the duck WBB, so why do this? I wouldn't pay to see UCONN play an out-of-state team.
