Win out and assured of no worse than conference co-champions and #1 seed in conference tourney.
Massey predictions (for whatever they're worth) have both OSU and UW winning their remaining conference games.

While I'd love us to win out the reg. season and don't really care if we drop one or two more. For me, it's about the tournaments now, P12 and NCAA. A couple of losses along the way will take some of the pressure and expectations off and might make other teams a little less fired up when playing us. Also, a loss now will re-focus the team. You see it happen on the men's side. A top rank team stumbles a little mid-season, only to re-group for a stretch run at a title.

Agreed - while the regular season title would be nice, the road to that destination is still littered with speed bumps...... Doable, but not the key goal. Need to control our destiny enough to stay out of Day 1 Pac-12 tourney play, and keep our RPI high enough to host the first 2 rounds of NCAA tourney play (with our attendance figures, the NCAA will want us to host as well). Just need to win the war, some of the battles might be negotiable down the stretch....

An outright regular season champ WILL be hosting first and second round games even if they are knocked out in the first round of the Pac-12 tournament.
