Marie posts then screens as the freshman Pivec drives baseline and finishes with a amazingly athletic left-handed reverse layup with 2 on the shot clock.
And it happened as OSU was up one in OT2 to push the lead out to 3. Next trip down Wiese delivers the coup de grace (off another Marie screen).
While I'm obviously glad that Mikayla is a Beav, I'm doubly glad she's not at Stanford or UW. She chose wisely.

What I loved the most was seeing Mik follow her shot on the missed three pointer to get the layup + 1. So rare to see that. Smart!

The other really nice play was Bre curling and getting a lob over all of the D resulting in an easy layup (after a timeout, so a called play).
