Very cool. I believe he was a Mckay highschooler. Good football player, too. Played for Ron August, if I'm remembering correctly. If I'm NOT, I have every confidence that someone will CORRECT me...;-)

Did anybody ever hear why the Mariners released him from managing AAA Tacoma.
He was successful, a minor-league COY. Something must have happened.
