Y'all know that Bend fell in love with traffic circles. Saw an event yesterday that occurred, fortunately, at one of the not so heavily traveled circles. Little snow and ice build up. Driver must have been going a little to fast to make he turn. Rather than just invest 10 seconds and make another lap, since she was going so slow by then, she stops, and then, BACKS UP. Fortunately, the person behind her was alert (the world needs more lerts) and was able to stop. I am going to enter the circle directly across from the act. Guy to the fight of me in the circle. Guy to the left of me in the circle. Driver in back of me. Everybody stopped, I think both to stay as far away as they could and just to watch. We are all doing the hands in the air thing, holding our heads, laughing, going "oy vey". Gal finely got going and so did the circle. Incredible.
