Green is visiting Utah now. Here's hoping the Chandler pipeline keeps him in Orange and Black and he's just kicking the tires.

I knew he was going to be tough to keep after the way he played this year. If we can manage to hang on to him I think he could do big things at OSU.

The Chandler pipeline reminded me of the other Chandler kids we were recruiting last year (along with Moran) that chose ASU. Looks like N'Keal Harry had a fantastic freshman year, catching 58 for 659 yards and five TDs. Also had two rushing TDs in his three carries on the season, and completed his only pass of the year for 46 yards vs. Utah. I don't think we were ever really in the running for him though.
Chase Lucas was the RB that we did have a pretty good shot at, but it looks like he converted to DB and redshirted.
Other recent Chandler products at OSU include Paul Lucas (now gone), Dionte Sykes (coming in next season), Kolby Taylor (on campus now), Darell Garretson (former starting QB, potentially future starting QB?), and Hamilcar Rashed (redshirted).
Markus Wheaton is a Chandler alum, along with NFL players Dion Jordan (Oregon), Cameron Jordan (Cal), Brett Hundley (UCLA), and Paul Perkins (UCLA).

I figured everyone on this site knew Moran redshirted.....but yes, he also went to Chandler, which is why I said "along with Moran" in the first sentence of my post.

I have a nephew who lives in Gilbert, Az. and he tells me Chandler High is the Jesuit of the Phoenix area. He says its pretty much understood they recruit the entire "Valley of the Sun". Guess its good to have a pipeline set up to a school like this. Go Beavs!

weird that he will trip to Utah and he's the only RB committed so far. I wouldn't hold your breath he signs with us.
