I am too, so I looked him up, ESPN doesn't even have him in their system. Going by his HS ranking he'd be in the top 35 or so.

Also, Dionte Sykes and Justin Sattelmaier must have just missed the top 50 they're both rated 79, same as the guys near the bottom of that top 50 like Luton and Layne.
