Without getting creative and getting scholarships to apply towards the 2016 class the max number that can be signed is 25. I would assume that a little more than 25 are signed, due to said creativity. There were a lot of medical retirements since 2015 season so I would assume they would stock up as much as they can this class. So far everyone class has had 2 or more running back recruits under Andersen. I do not see them taking less than 2 running back recruits as Andersen likes to have a able stable of running backs(and likes them on special teams). Right now Kyle White is a defensive back on the team unless this has changed recently.
Isaiah Miller seems to be pretty eager right now to rack up more offers. He definitely seems like the most challenging recruit to keep right now.

Highly rated JUCO OL Jordan Agasiva has us in his top three. (with Utah and TCU) This kid is the #2 OL and #5 overall JUCO prospect in the country, would be a massive get for us. 247sports.com/player/jordan-agasiva-59494 |

If we hold onto Green, is Miller a need? Do we need 2 RB's in this class? Which is the better prospect? Is this a place where we can free up another scholly offer without hurting the roster? I wondered that about Miller when he said he was taking a trip to Mizzou, there's a chance his offer was already conditional. Andersen has said a lot of times, he wants 3 guys who can carry it. Nall, Pierce and TJ Green (the better prospect in my opinion) with Kyle White in the mix too. I'd think you'd still want one more guy in case of injury, so maybe they do need two in this class? And they just visited him in house, I think the staff still wants him. I'd think there's really some room to maneuver with all these WR commits. Maybe one or two are expected to greyshirt? Anyone watch Wallaces tape as a prep RB, with sub 4.4 speed I wouldn't be totally shocked if he gets a look as a RB for us. |
