So. Did GA demand all run plays or did the co-oc figure out our advantage in the rain? Nall for Pac -12 player of the week!

We were trying to run out the clock. It played out the way ANY coach would have scripted it: we never were put into a situation that even tempted us to pass. 2nd & short, 3rd & short. No need to even think about it.

having to convert a 4th and 17 to have a chance to take the lead would be "cutting it close"

Without it, the Beavs probably would still be one run, two incomplete passes and a punt. I was convinced that this coaching staff would muck it up somehow. The OL were MEN, handling the uck defense, so our backs could run. Reminded me of the Great Pumpkin offenses, with Earthquake. Loved the pounding down their throats!

If anything the *ucks had all the luck TWO turnovers (int and pouch KO) called back by BOGUS turnovers, Even the Pac-12 guys couldn't figure either out!

So. Did GA demand all run plays or did the co-oc figure out our advantage in the rain? Nall for Pac -12 player of the week! And... to run right at them B gap to B gap! The 1st half run game (96 yds) was frustrating to watch... went wide too much... to the strength of ucks smaller/speed D front 7. Other than the 1st couple of drives (at one point halfway thru 3rd the yds were -8 to 125.. ucks got about 69 more the last qtr and a half!) in the 3rd the play calls went right at the D. Some were outside/reads by 3M but most of the 220 in the 2nd half was between the tackles then great cuts outside. Also the best game by far for the WR blocking down field... Did not see final stats on TOP, can't believe it's true but our offense was our best D. Long sustained drives with great focus/no dumb penalties was beautiful to see.
