I have not seen these posted anywhere. I saw on angrybeavs.com they were complaining about it (shocker!).
Overall I like the look. The endzone appears to have a large concourse, which I would assume would be "standing room" tickets? I know the staff, players, and recruits are excited about this upgrade. Looking forward to 2016 and having it be done.

is the area directly above the end zone bleachers just sloped roof? hopefully not as it looks bad and too much wasted space

My guess is that is a standing room area or a place to put an in stadium "tailgate" area. Another place to sell beer and booze that will require a special ticket. |

To get that much space they've got to be pulling these stands pretty close to the field. Looks great - wish we could have a shot looking straight at it from the south endzone to see how it ties in.

I actually saw the early plans for this..... but I can't remember, does this new effort connect to the East side as well?

Connecting it to the east side was definitely one of the selling points - I think you can see the lower concourse separating the student and reserved seats of the east side continuing onto the deck of the new VFC in the second rendering.
