-- On the drive home from Corvallis, I listened to the Maryland radio broadcast of their game at UofNike. Some bad breaks for Maryland, like a TD by the ducks not being overturned when replay showed the receiver had gone out of bounds. And a fake punt by Uncle Phil's team from deep in their own territory after the Terps had seemingly stopped them on their first two 3rd-quarter possessions.
-- Our most surprising loss, to me, was to Nevada, which only has 3 wins on the year. And yet, the Wolfpack only lost 28-21 AT Boise State tonight.
-- Florida State is now 1-9.

LSU goes down to Bama 42-13 in Baton Rouge and it wasn’t that close. That job is going to be open

And Georgia loses at Mississippi. That's Kiffin's first real meaningful win with the Rebels.
Every SEC team except Texas and Tennessee has at least two losses, and the Vols' starting QB looks to have gotten injured. Gonna be hard for them to get four teams into the playoffs.
Indiana stayed undefeated.

There's still 2:00 left, but it looks like Air Force is going to beat Fresno State in Colorado Springs (AF leading 36-21). To this point, AF has only 14 yards passing, but has 345 yards rushing. FSU has -5 yards rushing, but has 214 yards passing.

21-play, 104-yard drive. (94 yards plus a ten-yard holding penalty.) Army completed four third-down conversions and a fourth-down conversion. Only one attempted pass, on 3rd & 5. Seven-yard completion for a first down. Otherwise, 20 carries for 97 yards. Impressive. Army finished with 23½ more minutes of possession than North Texas. North Texas only had 55 offensive plays.
