For a first year coach to be fired
Stewart Mandel

This man may hold the record for most times getting fired.

UCF has lost five straight games after a 3-0 start. Roof was in his first season. @petenakos_ first reported I believe.

I'm not happy with what I'm seeing on the field, but I'm not going to take it out of Bray yet.

I never said I wanted Bray fired . I just wanted to inspire conversation. I don't think Bray is the total problem . I think where the Beavs are now started with Smith leaving and got worse . If I was to lay the blame anywhere I would say it is on the OC's and DC's but I am not a coach or football expert but an amateur can tell things are bad on both sides of the ball . I just hope that the team grows and gets better and maybe someday they get back to where they were last year

That would be dumber than WT's extension

I appreciate the conversation. I don't think Bray gets fired, but after the Cal debacle, everyone is gonna start wondering if this thing is gonna move in the right direction.
We need to see progress. Right now, we are seeing regression. We've blamed injuries. We've blamed coordinators. At the end of the day, it falls on the HC though. We got absolutely pummeled by a not very good Cal team. Thats depressing, and the kind of thing that zaps momentum from a program.
Bray may have to make some tough decisions with his staff. He obviously needs to have some good recruiting classes. Getting your doors blown off doesn't help......unless the recruits see the light at the end of the tunnel. That's kinda what bitch tits did.....he inherited a total dumpster fire. He canned Tibs, and promoted Bray.....things just kind of progressed......until he bailed on us.
We need to see a renewed intensity, and execution coming out of the bye.

After coming out of purgatory with the GAG effect, we gave a TON of leash to milkdud. With all the benefits included as still being a P5 program, it still took him 4 years to realize any real successes. Why wouldn't we afford Bray, all things considered, AT LEAST as much leeway as the former asshat?
Win or lose, one thing I don't worry about with this coaching staff is their intentions. They bleed OSU black and orange, and they came here knowing the obstacles we were suddenly facing. Most of them probably won't be here forever, and will eventually move on, but I cannot see any of these coaches absolutely torching the place the way bitchtits did. It's hard to know someone's heart, but these guys strike me as caring a little more about the place than just any other job - the way you would expect former players to feel about their own school. What is in bitch tits heart is beyond me.
If we see anything that even remotely resembles growth, and development through the last 4 games here I can't imagine why you would even consider firing anyone right now. We need some continuity for a moment. We simply don't have the horses to compete right now, but we looked pretty good at the beginning of the year when everyone was relatively healthy. I would prefer to give these guys a chance to backfill the roster and see what they can do before we blow it all up again.

No matter HOW painful this is, blowing it up again would be fatal.....JMHO.

Only Barnes and a few other know the true danger to the program and how precarious our situation truly is.

I think it's clear that milkdud was never going to stay in Corvallis, regardless of what happened to the Pac12. He is trying to climb to what he perceives as the top. He was willing to leave his Alma Mater bleeding, and half dead, on the side of the road. The disintegration of the conference just gave him a built in excuse. Kyle Whittingham he is not. Pat Casey he is not. He is bitch tits of east landfill......he burned his Corvallis privileges. As for Bray, and Co.....they, not unlike milkdud, should be able to sell Corvallis to recruits.........Time will tell if changes need to be made within the staff, or if the staff grows, and progresses. Coming out of the bye we really need to play much better. It could be a defining moment for this program......depending on how we look could give an indication of which direction we are heading.....or if changes within the staff need to be made .....or if the staff has already lost the locker room.....or if coaches, and players are progressing together.

I cannot improve on anything both of you have said. But, a compliment from you fly about the moniker milk dud ( I agree it is funny) is real validation - since I think you created bitch tits, which, is actually a tad bit funnier, and more on point (sorry beavheart)
